Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various IT roles such as software developers, network engineers, system administrators, and other technical positions.
  • Client Interaction:Coordinating with the Managers to understand job requirements and provide insights into market trends and candidate availability.
  • Candidate Engagement:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Sourcing:Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by leveraging various sourcing strategies such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Recruitment Strategy:Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent and meet organizational hiring goals.
  • Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
  • Reporting & Metrics:Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining open communication.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field. Proven track record in recruiting technical roles is highly desirable.  APAC Region experience
  • Knowledge:Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Tools:Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
