Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to design, implement, monitor, and support enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of networking concepts, troubleshooting skills, and hands-on experience with network devices and security protocols. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure  

• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability  

• Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution  

• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs  

• Implement network security measures and ensure compliance with policies  

• Perform network upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and deployment  

• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and reports  

• Provide L2/L3 support for network-related incidents and service requests 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Subnetting)  

• Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper/HP network devices  

• Experience in configuring firewalls and VPNs  

• Knowledge of network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark, Nagios, etc.)  

• Familiarity with routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)  

• Basic knowledge of cloud networking (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage  

• Understanding of network security practices and protocols  

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills 

Educational Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field  

Preferred Certifications (Good to Have): 

• CCNA / CCNP  

• CompTIA Network+  

• Any relevant cloud certification (AWS/Azure)  

Soft Skills: 

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills  

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment  

• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
