Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer to automate tasks and processes related to incident management and catalog requests.
  • Utilize Catalog Item Builder to create and manage catalog items, ensuring a user-friendly experience for requesting services.
  • Leverage ServiceNow Scripting (Glide) to enhance functionalities and tailor the platform to meet specific business needs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and automated workflows.
  • Collaborate with IT operations, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations.
  • Perform thorough testing of developed workflows and integrations to ensure functionality and stability.
  • Document developed solutions clearly and concisely for future reference and maintainability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow Flow Designer, Catalog Item Builder, and Scripting (Glide).
  • Familiarity with REST API concepts and experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
  • Experience with incident management processes within ServiceNow.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Mandatory:

  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
