Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and automated workflows.
Collaborate with IT operations, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations.
Perform thorough testing of developed workflows and integrations to ensure functionality and stability.
Document developed solutions clearly and concisely for future reference and maintainability.

Qualifications:
Strong understanding of ServiceNow Flow Designer, Catalog Item Builder, and Scripting (Glide).
Familiarity with REST API concepts and experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
Experience with incident management processes within ServiceNow.
