Strong knowledge of Windows server, active directory, M365, and other IT systems and application
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
Experience in administrative and routines tasks; adherence to IT policies and security standards and able to solve issues/requests
Assisting existing Team for managing the below activities
Microsoft Windows Server platform management (~150 instances) for:
Central infrastructure servers (e.g. Active Directory, AD DNS, VMWare infrastructure, VDI, etc.);
Windows Server services related to the market trading systems and applications, e.g. Market Clearing Engine (MCE) trading application and Internet Information Systems (IIS), on-premise mail relay, etc.;
Office365 suite (e.g. E-mail, Teams, etc.)
Corporate Services (e.g. Finance systems, SharePoint, File and Print, etc.);
Management of outsourced Deskside Support Team that supports about 100 end users and 160 end user devices (located at EMC main office and BCP offices);
End user software deployment (Tanium) and license compliance; and
Patch Management
Plan and consolidate patch schedule (e.g. Hardware Firmware patches, ESXi patches, VMware tools version, etc.); and
