The X-Factor

Among all these, there is an X-Factor. Whether AI is the next Industrial Revolution will be
clear within five or six years. But what happens after AI becomes AGI – Artificial Generative
Intelligence? AGI is the theoretical future version of AI that can train itself without human
supervision. What happens when AI becomes AGI? Will it still create jobs? Will it still assist
humans? Nobody knows the answer yet.

The third Industrial Revolution led to the creation of jobs… and of nuclear weapons. The
fourth Industrial Revolution has led to the creation of AI… Will it create AGI, the equivalent of
nuclear weapons? Or will it detect anomalies and cure cancer? The result lies with us,
humans!
